Lenovo 102495U
I received one of these 3 weeks ago from Lenovo and the internet did not connect to my verizon wireless internet modem (brand new modem that works with every other device we've had including a new Toshiba laptop), so I sent it back and got another. This one also was incompatible, and even though I bought the warranty for over $100 lenovo wanted to charge me to help with my computer that arrived not working because it was a "windows issue" and not "their fault". Awful customer service and the computer froze during initial startup which is a red flag. No longer a Lenovo customer.See all 2 customer reviews...
